Overview

Customer Success Advisor Indonesian Speaker – on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Part of Flexremote (Flexhive / Hudson Group) recruiting for a role based in Malaysia for a fintech client. Work directly for the client while joining a growing community of professionals across SE Asia with Flexremote.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests and partners through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle travel-related queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve issues, support bookings, and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements while achieving performance goals.

Job Details

Job Location : Kuala Lumpur, on site. Full-time (9am – 6pm). Salary up to 5800MYR (depending on experience).

Qualifications

  • Must be Malaysian citizen , fluent in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry, with a focus on flight bookings, attractions, and tour services (e.g., Trip.com, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka).
  • Proven customer complaints handling experience within a contact center environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving KPIs in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk .
