JOB SUMMARY
Execute daily administrative activities in After Sales Department. To assists the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. The main duties are to ensure orders are processed on time and respond to customer complaints and questions diligently.
Job Description
- To analyse and provide feedback on product quoted in report form on all out-going quotations on a daily basis.
- Weekly report to be provided to your Line In Manager.
- To handle and familiarize the process on creating sales order, purchase orders, invoices and delivery orders for GP and Hospital Division
- To attend to enquiry / complaints and escalations in reference to product / service and distribution
- To issue Invoice
- To handle incoming inquiry
- To ensure order are issued on time to avoid delay
- To keep up the SLA given for Order Processing
- To keep update with the Monthly promotion / New Product
- Able to assist inquiry from Customer & able to take order in
- Assist inquiry from MSR on stock status / expiry / price
- To provide administrative support including in the activities of Operations, and as per the directive of the management.
- Job Requirement
- Degree Holder in any related field with minimum1 year working experience for junior position.
- Degree Holder in any related field with minimum 3 year working experience preferably in pharma order management task for Team Lead position. Salary negotiable
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage
- Should be fit to work
- Should be able to do multi-tasking, punctual, discipline and able to manage work and personal challenges well
