Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Crew member to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, courteous service.
- Take orders accurately through counter or digital platforms.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase average order value.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic feedback or complaints politely.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment for customers.
Cashiering & Payment Handling :
Operate POS system to process payments via cash, card, or e-wallets.Ensure accurate cash handling and change issuance.Reconcile cash drawer and report discrepancies to the supervisor.Be honest, trustworthy, and responsible with cash handling.Sales & Upselling & Customer Service :
Suggestive selling to boost business and support consumer preferences.Treat customers with a welcoming and memorable attitude.Smile and greet customers promptly.Ensure a positive and customer-first mindset.Store Readiness & Maintenance :
Assist in outlet opening and closing tasks.Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and packaging as required.Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.Cleanliness & Hygiene :
Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, dining area, and equipment.Clear tables and trays promptly during peak hours.Follow strict food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation standards.Product Knowledge :
Know the menu and understand allergens and customer preferences.Promote Google ratings and encourage customer feedback.Team Support :
Cooperate with kitchen crew and other teammates for smooth service.Participate in team briefings, training sessions, or role rotations.Support back-of-house duties during off-peak or manpower shortages.Ad-hoc Responsibilities :
Support ad-hoc tasks, special assignments, or projects as requested.Remain flexible for cross-company initiatives, internal events, audits, or urgent business priorities.Job Requirements :
SPM or equivalent; additional customer service or food handling training is a plus.Must be able to speak and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.Minimum 1 year of working experience in the pizza or fast food industry is an advantage.Skills & Competencies :
Basic food handling certification is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.Team player with a positive attitude.Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Job Benefits :
