Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Architecture or School of Technology (Construction or Building / Interior Design)

Working Background :

Technical Assistant (Architect Firm – more than 15 years)

Architect (Architect Firm / Property Developer / Main Contractor

(more than 7 years)

  • Experience in working in a variety of different projects : high-rises offices, hotels and residential buildings, amenities (not limited to warehouse, factory and hospitals), shopping complexes and completed at least 2 projects from its inception.
  • Good leadership with an ambition to grow a team and the ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Familiar with implementation experience with 5S, ISO 9001, BuildQAS, QLASSIC (and CIS7 : 2021) and OSHA 45001, with hands-on knowledge
  • Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) would be an added advantage

    • Responsibilities :

  • Formulate micro work schedule and construction programmes in accordance with the project requirements and specifications.
  • Identify trades and able to execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with established building specifications and required quality
  • Evaluate, manage and Coordinate design specifications, construction drawings and shop-drawings for approval or recommend changes in design including identifying suitable materials and equipment for the architectural works construction techniques.
  • Assist to conduct negotiations with Sub-contractors to determine the method for construction services, wherever required
  • Coordinate and assign duties to down liners to ensure smooth work operations
  • Ensure contractors NSC and DSC meeting all contractual conditions for performance.
  • Formulate, execute and clear all events of inspections (inspection Test Plans – ITP) and advising Consultants (and Clients and Project Manager – HOP) so that latent and patent defects can eliminated totally
