Job Scope
Sales & Customer Service
Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.Deliver warm, professional service that aligns with the company standards.Manage inquiries, returns, and minor customer complaints with care and efficiency.Product Handling & Merchandising
Tag, display, and rotate merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.Support receiving and stocking of new resale items.Ensure all products are well-presented and protected in-store.POS & Cashiering
Operate the POS system for sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.Handle payments (cash, credit card, digital wallet, etc.) accurately.Assist with gift wrapping, issuing receipts, and tax-free documentation if applicable.Team Support
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily sales targets.Participate in inventory counts, store meetings, and promotional event support.Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the store at all times.Requirement
1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, consignment, or fashion boutique preferred.Strong knowledge of designer brands and an eye for style.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.Others :
