Responsibilities
- Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings – ensuring design and layout in line with global guidelines and principles.
- Coordination with landlord, mall management and submission for all approval processes and site visits prior to opening.
- Maintain and manage store databases – ensure and provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain library of installation guides and fixture components for all existing and active store concepts.
Project Design Support
Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings (new, relocations, refurbishments), including design layout, installation and timelines, ensuring that design and layout is done in line with global guidelines and principles.Ensure the design process incorporates PUMA Retail Standards, including SKU capacity vs Sales Plan.Coordination Management, Guidance & Support
Coordination with landlord, mall management and submission for all approval processes.Coordinate with all vendors to ensure that all aspects of the opening are considered in the planning process.Provide guidance and support to ensure that Project Plans are realistic and enable timely opening of the store, incorporating visual merchandising and operational set‑up.Ensure that all countries, including distributor countries, within the region have up‑to‑date information on all current store concepts, design guidelines and principles.Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma, with 4–5 years of experience in a similar project management role within architecture, design, or construction, preferably with a retail focus.Strong understanding of interior & store design and construction processes.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and other design software.Fluency in English is essential.Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, a customer‑focused approach, and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner.PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
