Overview
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for preparation and updating of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Ensure that all Front Office employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
