Director Sales – CCC (Turbomachinery Controls) – Honeywell

Job Description
As the CPC APAC Sales Director you will plan, direct and coordinate sales strategies and activities to achieve business growth in APAC. You will work closely with the CCC Regional GM, other HPS businesses and functions to deliver the annual operating plan and drive long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance and development of all sales activities in the assigned geographic area.
- Build and own plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
- Execute and drive the assigned AOP to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets.
- Champion sales processes, business improvement and analytical reporting.
- Build influential relationships with customers and develop strategies to win profitable business.
- Provide leadership for CCC, HPS & IA initiatives and align local leaders to objectives.
- Integrate information, resources and activities within the region.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow‑through on plans.
- Own regional input for planning and forecasting.
- Drive strategy and growth initiatives for the geography.
- Recruit, train, appraise and motivate the sales organization.
Key Experience & Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.10+ years of strategic B2B sales experience in a technical solutions environment, preferably with APAC oil & gas and petrochemicals customers.5+ years in turbomachinery controls or automation.Experience managing direct and indirect sales channels.History of closing large, complex contractual agreements.Experience driving an AOP of $30M+.Leadership experience in virtually leading cross‑border teams.Strong coordination and influencing skills.Excellent oral and written communication.Customer‑focused mindset with rapid response to needs.Analytical software and sales tool proficiency.Broad understanding of CCC products and solutions.Track record of driving sales strategy across multiple markets.Key Success Factors
