Job Details

  • Location : KL Sentral
  • Working Hours : 5 days per week, 9 hours per day ( including weekends and public holidays)
  • Salary : Basic + KPI + Allowances (depending on interview performance, academic qualifications, and experience)
  • Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Leave

Requirements

  • Education : Diploma in IT、Degree in IT、Computer Science, or related fields is also accepted.
  • Experience : At least 6 months of relevant IT / Helpdesk / Customer Service experience (internship or full-time). Fresh graduates are welcom

    • Languages :

    Mandatory : Mandarin & English

  • Advantage : Cantonese

    • Skills :

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

    • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to IT and product support
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and guide customers on technical issues for smartphones, laptops, wearables, and accessories
  • Assist customers with installation, configuration, and after-sales issues
  • Escalate unresolved technical cases to higher support teams, ensuring timely resolution
  • Provide feedback on tools, resources, and procedures to enhance support efficiency
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure issues are tracked and followed up
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Communicate politely and effectively with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
