Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
  • Prepare and present bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
  • Assist in daily setup, restocking, and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
  • Assist in special events and catering services as needed
  • Positions are open for Malaysians & Permanent Resident only

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Malay is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and bill calculations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
  • Neat and professional appearance
