Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
- Prepare and present bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist in daily setup, restocking, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
- Assist in special events and catering services as needed

Qualifications
