Overview
Legal Specialist role supporting international sales operations, focusing on contract review, filing, and cross-department coordination to ensure compliance with international legal requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Department in organizing cross-departmental review of business contracts / agreements (including cooperation framework agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and overseas project documents such as bidding and tendering documents and letters of authorization). Summarize review comments, organize client negotiations, and facilitate contract signing and project finalization.
- Assist the Deputy Director of Legal Affairs in providing legal consulting services to business departments, review and revise foreign-related contracts / agreements, and update templates to ensure compliance with international legal requirements and company policies.
- Optimize and improve contract classification and filing system, issue early warnings for expiring contracts, and remind the sales team and clients to renew contracts.
- Undertake other work related to sales operations or legal functions as assigned by superiors.
