About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at SELECTIVE BEAUTY TRADING Co., LIMITED'. In this full-time, office-based role in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach and engage target customers
Overseeing the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
Analysing marketing performance data to identify trends and insights, and continuously optimising campaigns to improve results
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth
Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management or similar role, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns

Excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing performance metrics

Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives

Effective project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of marketing professionals

Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and content management systems
