Account Executive (AR) - Malaysia & Singapore
LVMH Watches & Jewelry Malaysia is looking for a dynamic Accounts Executive (AR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage sales orders, retailer incentives, financial reporting, cash collections, and reconciliations, helping boutiques run smoothly and ensuring accurate financial performance across Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Sales Order and Debit / Credit Notes Processing : process sales and return orders, consignment transactions, and billing; manage retailer credit and debit notes, including issuing credit notes and updating quarterly rebates and cash discounts; ensure timely and accurate processing of all order-related documentation.
- Reporting and Analysis : prepare and update sales and performance reports (boutique sales, commission calculations, boutique traffic and nationality reports) for internal stakeholders and audit purposes; manage accounts receivable (AR) reports including ageing, SOA, overdue tracking, and issuing debit notes for late payment interest; oversee retailer incentives and requisite credit memos for quarterly and yearly rebates; monitor cash collection and deposit activities and prepare monthly AML compliance reports; prepare stock and inventory reports (GWP values, backorder, stock lists, stock counts, consignment reports); ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance and treasury reports per regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Reconciliation : ensure accurate integration of sales data by verifying transactions in CEGID interface with SAP; review and post SAV sales in SAP; reconcile invoices and receipts by cross-checking merchant statements against bank statements; check and reconcile E-Invoicing in IRBM and SAP.
- Other Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support : prepare gross turnover (GTO) reports to landlords and monthly journals for sales incentives, recharges, credit card, and bank charges; assist with boutique and SAV stock counts and maintain vendor master data in SAP; assist with audits by preparing supporting documentation; support customer service operations including handling Pro Concept (PCS) issues and processing customer refunds; draft correspondence to retailers confirming consigned stock lists; perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Profile / Qualifications
Diploma or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIMA or ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous.1–2 years of accounting experience in an MNC environment preferred.Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge in SAP is advantageous.Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
