Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy & Business Planning
- Drive the Group’s long‑term strategic planning process, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business model evaluation.
- Partner with business units to evaluate growth opportunities – M&A, new market entry, or diversification.
- Prepare board papers and management reports to support strategic decision‑making.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation, and business scenarios.
- Conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) for potential acquisitions, divestments, or restructuring exercises.
- Support negotiations by providing data‑driven financial insights.
Corporate Finance & Transactions
Support end‑to‑end execution of corporate exercises (M&A, JV, fund‑raising, debt restructuring).Liaise with external advisors, investment banks, and legal counsel on transaction due diligence and structuring.Evaluate capital structure, cost of capital, and financing options to optimise returns to shareholders.Prepare investor materials – earnings presentations, analyst briefings, annual reports, and shareholder updates.Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform management decisions.Act as a bridge between management and investors, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.Strategic Projects & Management Support
Support C‑suite leadership in ad‑hoc strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and performance improvement projects.Develop dashboards and KPIs to track business performance and strategic outcomes.Job Details
