Role Description
As the Head of Operations , you will oversee and optimize company operations across Capstar’s group structure. You will lead the execution of strategic plans, streamline processes, and ensure efficient coordination between departments — supporting our growth in wealth management, trust, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple business units under Capstar Group.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance workflows.
- Coordinate with management, finance, and IT teams to improve internal efficiency.
- Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous process improvement.
- Manage key operational projects and ensure timely execution.
- Lead, train, and supervise the operations and administrative team.
- Provide leadership support to the Board and CEO for group-wide initiatives.
