ENGINEER - QAQC cum ARCHITECT (HIGH RISE BUILDING)

Responsibilities :

• Administer, control & maintain ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO14001 Management System effectively in the Group of Companies.
• Execute all relevant processes in accordance with the procedures.
• Proper coordination with the project and department heads for QAQC reports in preparation for Management Review Meeting.
• Update and distribute all documents as per document control procedures.
• Scheduled and carried out promptly and effectively, thereafter, follow-up on the implementation of corrective and / or preventive actions.
• Handle all clients' complaints effectively and take corrective measures within an agreed deadline.
• Monitored, managed and follow through all projects non-conformance reports for remedial actions.
• Continuous improvement for more effective control measures where necessary.
• Conduct Quality Awareness briefing timely and facilitating training on QAQC topics.
• Prepare PQP in accordance with project specification; and prepare QMS and ITP in accordance with Project Specification.
