Responsibilities

• Responsible for new enquiry costing and quotation.
• Conduct a feasibility study of the engineering approach and provide a costing calculation based on the company’s actual capability.
• Assist Engineering in preparing DFM and SRD for the customer prior quotation submission.
• Summarise costing after gathering details and compiling data to estimate all production costs, considering raw materials, labour, equipment, and tooling, then submit a quotation to the customer upon management approval.
• Follow up on the RFQ status for NPI and Mass Production.
• Preparing sales forecast and reports.
• Meeting with the customer for a new RFQ and completing the RFQ on time.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Make sure all customer requirements and quoted conditions are conveyed to the internal team during Project Confirmation and Kick Off.
• Work with internal teams to meet the customer’s schedule and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
