About this Position
The Sales Manager will drive growth in Malaysia’s packaging
sector, focusing on paper packaging, lamination, and labels. Responsibilities
include managing key accounts, developing new business, and collaborating with
technical teams to deliver solutions.
What you´ll do
- As a Sales Manager in the packaging industry, you will drive sales growth in Malaysia, focusing on paper packaging, lamination, and labels.
- Manage and develop relationships with converters and brand owners.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand market share.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering, Supply Chain, and internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise to customers.
What makes you a good fit
At least 5 years of experience in sales within the packaging industry (paper packaging, lamination preferred).Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. Strong technical knowledge of packaging applications; ability to learn quickly.Proven track record in account management and business development.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Based in Malaysia; willing to travel within the country.Some perks of joining Henkel
