This job is a Finance Executive / Assistant role where you\'ll handle receipts, manage invoices, and help prepare monthly financial reports. You might like this job because it combines number crunching with detailed clerical tasks, ensuring every penny counts!

  • Processing official receipts from customers.
  • Entering invoices into the accounts payable system as provided by the customer.
  • Assist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports.
  • Update clerical work and handle billing tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with diploma, degree or professional qualification in Accounting / Finance / related fields.
  • Experience in audit will be an advantage.
  • Well versed in accounting management, relevant laws and computerized accounting systems.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office is required (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
