Overview

BACK OFFICE agent with English (B2) – social media ninja. Join a leading social media brand and become Back Office agent! We're looking for someone with strong English skills and excellent computer proficiency to help us maintain a safe online community.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers of a well-known social media brand.
  • Answering emails and chat inquiries in English.

Requirements

  • Availability for 9 days of implementation training and 5 days of mentoring after the training on site in Poznań - training starts .
  • Available for a minimum 140 hours and 2 weekends per month .

    • What we offer

  • Fully paid implementation training.
  • Civil contract for an indefinite period of time.
  • Hourly rate of 30,50 PLN gross / hour .
  • Schedule from Monday to Sunday from between 9 AM and 5 PM (after the training and mentoring period).
  • Modern office in the center of Poznań with cool rooftop view! (Maraton Office, Królowej Jadwigi 43, Poznań).
