Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels. Able to build rapport across diverse teams and communicate effectively in a multi-language environment. Hands-on and mobile , comfortable traveling between HQ and branch locations.
Job description
Our client is a growing group with multiple business entities across Malaysia. They are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with the Executive Director in shaping people strategies that align with business goals and strengthen engagement across all sites.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business heads to map out career progression and training needs for all departments.
- Design and implement a performance appraisal roadmap and continuous learning programs.
- Conduct 360° feedback initiatives and provide HR advisory support to management teams.
- Champion employee engagement by fostering collaboration and connection across branches.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and digital processes .
- Work closely with leadership on succession planning and talent development strategies .
