Job Responsibilities

• Manage and understand customer needs and respond to questions effectively.
• Provide excellent service and use appropriate strategies to promote product sales.
• Prepare the sales / promotional area as per layout; ensure cleanliness and visibility of materials.
• Prepare and provide merchandise for La Boheme Cafe / Bakery / Sushi Department.
• Process P.A or return defective goods to the supplier.
• Maintain counters for monthly stock-taking.
• Attend training when necessary and required.
• Provide good and friendly service to customers.
• Offer product advice to customers.
• Ensure the premises are clean and orderly.
• Demonstrate an attractive personality, energy, and positive behavior.
