Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
- Conducting research on legal issues and providing sound legal opinions.
- Managing files, preparing case strategies, and assisting in hearings and trials.
- Handling corporate, conveyancing, civil, criminal, and syariah matters as assigned.
- Communicating with clients, courts, and relevant authorities professionally.
- Supporting partners and senior lawyers in day-to-day casework and firm projects.
