Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Location : Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. Responsibilities

Manage and drive TC business segment in Kota Kinabalu and / or assigned territories to achieve sales target. Act as key account manager to distributors (TC) with focus attention on dealers’ sales activities (customers of distributor) to achieve sales target. Lead and execute major campaigns / events by working closely with marketing manager / sales manager in the Kuala Lumpur main office. Act as main liaison person for assigned authorized service centers by working closely with service manager / supervisor in Kuala Lumpur main office. Present & promote SBD products, direct or together with distributors. Build and maintain relationship with both distributors, dealers and end users. Together with distributors develop sales plan to create demand, expand and increase market penetration. Provide technical support to distributors, dealers and end-users. Monitor the market movement of TC business and competition. Regular reports & administration. Coordinate with CS to ensure smooth shipment. Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree from Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or any relevant field Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales in order of importance. E-commerce sales experience desirable Experience of working in the hardware / tools industry minimum 2 years, preferable serving traditional channel Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation Proficient in English, both oral and written Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Optimally work under target basis and under pressure We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
