The opportunity

Ingenious Works International (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Internship for Site Safety Supervisor. This is a contract role based in Cyberjaya, Selangor, offering you the chance to gain valuable experience in the construction industry, with a focus on health, safety and environment.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly inspect the workplace to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, then recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees to promote awareness and safe practices.
• Ensure all operations follow local and international SHE regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate documentation of incidents, inspections, training, and safety audits.
• Work with all departments to create a strong safety-first mindset throughout the organization.
• Enforce SHE policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Assist any matters related to SHE to achieve organizational objective.
