Key Responsibilities –
- Assist in conducting safety inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Support the monitoring of workplace compliance with HSSE policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in incident / near-miss investigations, including data collection and reporting.
- Help prepare HSSE reports, presentations, and training materials for employees.
- Participate in HSSE awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and safety drills.
- Support the maintenance of HSSE records, documentation, and databases.
- Assist in tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for HSSE issues.
- Research and propose improvements in HSSE initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HSSE department on day-to-day activities.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.Possesses strong knowledge of workplace safety and environmental regulations.Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Proficient in at least English and Bahasa Malaysia.Willingness to learn, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
