Overview

What Will Live Host cum Customer Service Do

Go live on social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook, etc.) to promote and showcase our products.
Engage with viewers through interactive sessions, answering questions and demonstrating product features.
Create excitement, maintain energy, and encourage sales conversions during live sessions.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute live campaigns.
Monitor live performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and sales.
Handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, or social media in a friendly and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
Update and recommend customers on products etc.
Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications / What We're Looking For

Willing to work flexible schedule (including weekends or public holidays)

Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera.

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and / or Mandarin (advantage).

Passion for online sales, social media, and customer engagement.

Friendly, patient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience as a live host, customer service rep, or sales associate is a plus.
