Job Description
The HRM professional | Certified OSH-Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including job postings, selection, and interview arrangements.
Key responsibilities include :
- Coordinate, negotiate, and liaise with recruitment advertising agencies to determine the timing, dates, and costs of recruitment advertisements.
- Build talent pools and channels through social media, appropriately interact with external contacts, and manage interactions on social media accounts.
- Manage any assigned recruitment-related projects, such as job fairs.
- Provide and assist with employee consultations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Inspect and monitor employee attendance, and report any absences to the regional manager.
- Maintain, update, and review documents.
In addition to HR responsibilities, the role will also involve administrative tasks, including :
Ensure the timely payment of utilities and rent for each store.Handle business license-related matters with relevant government departments, as well as the transfer of utilities.Assist store managers and property owners with store contract matters.Assist the headquarters with administrative inventory of fixed assets to ensure they are up-to-date.Handle the procurement of items for each store and manage company supplies.Requirements for the role include :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR administration or generalist role.Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with employees and management.Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in the Human Resources department of J&T CARGO (MALAYSIA).
