Job Description

The HRM professional | Certified OSH-Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including job postings, selection, and interview arrangements.

Key responsibilities include :

• Coordinate, negotiate, and liaise with recruitment advertising agencies to determine the timing, dates, and costs of recruitment advertisements.
• Build talent pools and channels through social media, appropriately interact with external contacts, and manage interactions on social media accounts.
• Manage any assigned recruitment-related projects, such as job fairs.
• Provide and assist with employee consultations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Inspect and monitor employee attendance, and report any absences to the regional manager.
• Maintain, update, and review documents.
