Our client is a growing FMCG business, with a newly set up shared service centre based in Petaling Jaya. It is recognized for its commitment to excellence and fostering a culture of professionalism.
Description
- Prepare and review local financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements (China entity)
- Manage general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including statutory and tax audits.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with China GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, vendor reconciliations, and payment approvals.
- Work closely with banks and other financial institutions for transactions and process improvements.
- Utilize SAP for accounting and reporting tasks, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for China operations.
