1) Project leadership & direction
- Own end to end delivery of multi-disciplinary 3D projects (product motion, archviz renders, and video productions) from brief to final delivery.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
- Align creative intent with technical feasibility and production constraints.
2) Traffic & workflow management
Plan and optimize project queues, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects. Establish production pipelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure on-time delivery.3) Quality control (QC) & approvals
Oversee QA / QC processes for all deliverables, including technical checks, client reviews, and final sign-off. Maintain consistency in visual quality, animation standards4) Art direction & creative oversight
Provide high-level art direction for 3D assets, motion sequences, and architectural visuals; ensure alignment with brand and client expectations. Lead concept reviews, creative briefings, and problem-solving sessions.Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years in 3D / Motion graphics production, with demonstrated leadership in managing multi-project pipelines. Leadership : Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and drive cross-team collaboration. Technical proficiency : Strong knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema4D, Blender), renderer tools (V-Ray, Corona, Redshift), rendering pipelines, and video / editing suites (Premiere, After Effects). QC / QA : Robust knowledge of quality standards, review processes, and asset verification. Creative direction : Experience in art direction or supervising creative concepts for assets and campaigns. Communication : Excellent client-facing and internal stakeholder communication skills. Portfolio : A compelling reel or case studies demonstrating leadership on multi-discipline 3D / motion / archviz projects.
