Salary : RM 5,000 – RM 6,000 (based on portfolio & experience).

Our mission is to modernize ancient wisdom and connect with today's consumers through impactful storytelling and engaging digital content.

We reach thousands daily across Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube — and now we're looking for a Creative Content Producer who can lead, innovate, and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities.

Pre-Production.

Lead creative ideation, conceptualization, and campaign planning.

Write engaging scripts & marketing copy aligned with brand voice.

Manage props, locations, talent coordination, and scheduling.

Production.

Supervise & direct photo / video shoots with a strong creative vision.

Ensure smooth execution of gear, lighting & on-site production.

Be hands-on when needed — even step in front of the camera.

Post-Production.

Oversee video editing, graphics & content enhancements.

Optimize content for engagement, virality & conversions.

Publish content with the marketing team & track performance metrics.

Content Types.

Sales & Promotional Videos → drive awareness & conversions.

Branding & Storytelling Campaigns → build trust & community.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in content production (video / photo).

Proficient in Photoshop

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut.

Owns high-performance laptop & production gear (camera, lighting, etc.).

Experienced in e-commerce content workflows & independent execution.

Creative thinker, strong time management & problem-solving skills.

Mandarin proficiency (written & spoken) — essential for subtitles & smooth teamwork.

Interest / knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a strong plus.
