Key Responsibilities :

• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Oversee tax matters with IRB and other government agencies (with the help of legal and tax consultants).
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, and monitor compliance with financial reporting standards and Bursa listing requirements.
• Oversee the year-end financial audit.
