Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with customers to understand and fulfill their specific requirements efficiently.
  • Responsible for managing and preparing all necessary documentation related to shipments.
  • Oversee daily shipment coordination and planning to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor customer support activities and maintain effective communication to ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Reasonable understanding of customs clearance procedure and international logistics requirements.
  • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, good team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
