Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp complex systems and business models. Proficient in business analysis techniques such as requirement elicitation, process modeling, and data interpretation. Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent diagramming / visualization software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, thorough documentation. Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments, managing multiple tasks and timelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working experience in Agile environments is a plus. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT system architectures. Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current workflows, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and document clear business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, process maps, and flowcharts.
- Perform data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to support insights, decision-making, and solution recommendations.
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in user training when required.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure solutions continue to meet evolving business goals.
- Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and tools in business analysis and digital transformation.
