Job Summary
The Business Support is responsible for managing training logistics, supporting business development and sales efforts, and assisting with marketing activities. Key duties include coordinating courses, facilities, and trainers; handling billing and SAP FieldGlass; supporting HRD etris processes; providing scheduling support; preparing sales materials and client documentation; and executing marketing campaigns. The role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in relevant systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Course Management : Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs and participant logistics with relevant stakeholders.
- Facility Management : Oversee venue bookings, readiness, and maintenance for training sessions.
- Trainer Management : Liaise with trainers regarding availability, contracts, and performance tracking.
- Billing & Invoicing : Manage financial processes including invoicing & claims.
- SAP FieldGlass Administration : Maintain vendor records, assignments, and compliance within the system.
- HRD etris Support : Assist with grant applications, claims processing, and system troubleshooting.
- ISMS Certification Involvement : Support documentation and coordination for ISMS-related activities.
- BD Support : Provide timely and accurate information to support sales proposals and client pitches.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in training operations / administration or HR coordination.Strong working knowledge of HRD etris systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tool.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
