Join Our APAC Team in Malaysia as a Mandarin & Cantonese‑Speaking Virtual Travel Consultant! Are you passionate about travel and luxury experiences? We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Virtual Travel Consultant specializing in Lifestyle Management to complement our APAC team.

What you'll do

As a Travel Consultant you’ll be responsible for fulfilling leisure travel requests for our global members. Your role includes handling :

• Scheduled, no‑frills, and chartered flight‑only requests, with a high volume of first and business‑class bookings.
• Providing top‑tier service that ensures exceptional member satisfaction and encourages repeat usage of our concierge services.

Requirements

Expertise in dedicated cruise ship sales within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business.

A deep enthusiasm for a wide variety of leisure and city destinations.

Dedication to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.

Superb attention to detail, even under pressure.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.

Adaptability to change and evolving environments.

Flexibility

This position is a full‑time 40‑hour per week role on a shift basis. The right candidate needs to be flexible in offering their services between the hours of 07 : 00‑22 : 00 pm local time, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
