Purpose Statement : To perform engineering design services and other related product development and / or product commercialization services. Please refer to discipline core skills for specifics.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Achieves in all phases of the full product realization process, as it applies to their role & region.
• Regarded as a "go-to" technical specialist, leader, and mentor within their engineering discipline; and / or as a cross-discipline leader and mentor for product development.
• Serves as a technical and / or project team lead, providing technical guidance, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring overall technical success on small to mid-size projects.
• Leads local continuous improvement activities related to their engineering discipline and / or project-level tools or processes.
• Provides customer service leadership in project technical discussions and supports / led business development and proposal creation.
• Responsible for exemplifying and holding their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. The leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential. (as applicable)
