Trade Marketing Executive
- Lead and manage house brand to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with departments and distributors to develop strategies for designated channels.
- Measure and report activity performance, including promo effectiveness tracking.
- Analyze sales data and trends to set targets and support growth strategies.
- Plan trade marketing activities and develop category strategies for key accounts.
- Establish merchandising guidelines and manage POSM development and execution.
- Conduct monthly business reviews and track competitor activities.
- Perform market visits to identify opportunities and ensure execution standards.
Requirements :
3 years in the consumer goods industry, retailer experience preferred.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Demonstrated leadership, project management, and analytical abilities.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Creative, adaptable, and able to improve processes.Basic POS production knowledge (preferred) and experience with agencies or suppliers.Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin skills are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
