Job details

Basic salary and all benefits provided

About the job

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source talent using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.

Coordinate and support the interview process between clients and candidates.

Manage offer negotiations and oversee the placement process to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive business growth and long-term success.

Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract business.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities, and identify new leads.

Skills and experience required

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

2-4 years of experience in recruitment, or in sales / business development

Driven, ambitious, and proactive character

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Seniority level
