Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support our financial operations, cost reporting, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost reports for management, including product costing and sectional cost analysis.
- Assist in inventory count and reconciliation activities.
- Perform cost analysis and generate related reports.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Maintain and manage financial accounting systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor fixed asset movements and prepare related journal entries.
- Produce monthly departmental expense reports and cost analysis.
