We are looking for 2 passionate and skilled Chef de Partie Pastry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing both classic and modern pastries to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes, and desserts daily
- Ensure consistency and quality of all products
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene & food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie Pastry or in a similar role (bakery / patisserie background preferred)Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and food safetyAbility to work efficiently under pressure and manage time wellFlexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as requiredDiploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts is an advantage, but not mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
