Overview

Senior Executive at Lagenda Properties Berhad – Business Development & Legal Affairs | Think Tank & Public Relations. Join Our Team and Earn Real Estate Income with Us! We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join the Lagenda Properties Bhd - Prestige Unit. This role focuses on driving sales for residential developments and building a successful career in the real estate industry. Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell residential properties within our current portfolio.
  • Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries provided through our company database.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions, competitor activities, and Lagenda Properties' product offerings.
  • Participate in sales events, roadshows, and team meetings.
