EY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supporting walk-in customers (Internal Staff), and day-to-day IT operations support. E.g. PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation troubleshooting all issues, and ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes
- Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as needed
- Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when required
- Conducting research on new technologies and providing recommendations for improvement
- Able to perform Automation, AI related tasks
