Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site PC support
- Provide extended help (i.e. Resolution / Escalation) to Helpdesk team and Remote IS
- Involve in operation support and support various functional duties (i.e. Helpdesk, Network and Data Centre)
- Participate in infrastructure projects as and when require
- Perform pre-defined Systems administrative tasks
- Provide training to users
- Document system and user manual, operational procedures
- Maintain IT inventory
- Interface between users and IS team for request and issue
- Provide daily operation support
- Travel to Singapore for IT Support as and when required
Requirements :
Diploma in Information System or equivalent1 to 2 years of IT experiences on PC support (i.e. Microsoft Windows 7 / 10 etc.; Office Applications etc.)Possess Knowledge in Networking; Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 Server (i.e. Active Directory; Exchange etc.)Preferably certified with MCSAPossess good interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with good ability to learn new skillsInitiative to improve service levelWorking hours :
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5 : 45pm
