Senior Quality Engineer (Contract Manufacturer | Injection Moulding)

Senior Quality Engineer for a contract manufacturer specializing in home appliances and business machines. Responsible for leading advanced quality planning for new projects and products, ensuring definition and implementation of quality control processes that meet or exceed customer expectations. Experience in NPI stage is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality control system that aligns with both customer and project specifications.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure the smooth launch of new project platforms.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key quality indicators (such as MRB, External PPM, Customer Complaints, Customer CAR, etc.) to improve effectiveness and efficiency of quality systems.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct and lead customer process audits and visits for quality assessment purposes.
