Responsibilities
Finding cause of issues assigned using logs, source code, database record, knowledge base, other support sources.
Review Application logs / source code for exceptions and find root cause of the issues and work on resolution.
Working on the full incident lifecycle, including identification, categorization, diagnosis, and closure.
Support DR or other major activities that might have impact on customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Application Support in one or multiple IT areas.
Degree in Computer, Science, and Information Technology or any other related field.
Technical expertise in Spring Boot, Struts, or other Java web technologies
Proficiency in writing and optimizing database SQL queries, including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and complex joins.
Experience with application logs and transaction logs (JSON, XML, key-value pairs, bitmap-based)
Proficient in Unix / Linux command-line interfaces and shell scripting.
Proficiency with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Log stash, and Kibana)
