Job ID : Job Summary Responsible for processing and updating project activities to ensure prompt completion within set benchmarks and deadlines. Able to propose solution-based data / statistics. Key Tasks & Accountabilities Initiate processes as specified by the company and handle Servicing Requests from customers for Takaful / Life insurance. Present data to support decision-making for solutions. Assist superiors in participating in product meetings. Assist in preparing system and business requirements. Perform system and new product testing. Prepare relevant documents for sign-off before, during, and after UAT. Assist in monitoring test results. Review processes and propose automation or improvements. Ensure all activities meet quality, performance standards, and deadlines. Prepare and review relevant documents such as WI, regulatory guides, and policy contracts. Support team members in daily problem-solving. Assist with ad-hoc assignments / projects from management as required. Ensure compliance with the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, Departmental Benchmarks, and audit requirements. Job Requirements Education : Degree or Diploma with relevant experience. Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years in the Insurance Industry. Knowledge in Life Insurance / Takaful, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel / Big Data. Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure with the right attitude. Sound processing and product knowledge.
