Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients Preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Reconciling bank accounts and managing accounts payable and receivable Assisting with tax preparation and compliance tasks Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns Collaborating with the broader accounting team to ensure efficient and effective operations What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small practice or firm; Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and client confidentiality
